Cameron Meyer has won his first stage in the Tour De France as a member of the winning team in the Team Time Trial. This is Cameron’s first Tour De France after having started in 3 Giro d Italia’s and 1 Vuelta Espanya so far in his career.

As a member of that winning Orica Greenedge team, they upset the favourite teams to win by 1 second in Nice, France from Omega Pharma. Team Sky was 3rd at 3 seconds.

He went solo with about 20km to go after he attacked his breakaway companions which by this point had been whittled down to 12.
